GREEN SUMMER NOODLES (Summer Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
1 pack kelp noodles (rinsed & soaked)
1⁄2 cup chopped dandelion greens 1⁄4 cup sprouts (radish or alfalfa) Handful fresh mint & basil
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Dressing:
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients with dressing. Let sit 10–15 minutes before serving.
